Kettlebells?

Has anyone seen those Kettlebells? I don’t think I’ve seen them yet locally. I rarely get interested on fitness equipment unless they’re threadmills, but these ones look cute. Maybe I can try them if they get to the local malls, usually near the appliance centers or HandyMan where those “As Seen on TV” stalls are located. I think someone I know would like that as a gift. :)

I need to lose weight, pronto.

Well, realistically speaking I am not sure if I can lose a lot of weight before the graduation on October 10, unless there are magical diet pills that can make me shed these pounds in less than a month. I’m hoping to lose at least a few pounds because I need to wear a dress under the academic attire. We are supposed to be wearing semi-formal attire under it, and as stated in the university’s guidelines, for females it must be a dress or a blouse/skirt combo together with heeled black leather shoes.

I am not a “dress” or “skirts” person. I usually wear slacks when I need to be in business attire because of my weight. I can’t wear slacks this time though so I need to get a dress made. I need two, one for the picture-taking 3 days before the graduation proper and the other one for the commencement exercises in PICC.

Pounds.

I was looking over my gradeschool pictures and I wish I didn’t gain so much weight when I entered highschool. Ugh, I hope I can focus on at least losing a few pounds after this stressful term. I can start walking again once I get the time to rest properly once I graduate. I’ll just walk my dog around outside the house. I can’t really do walking where I live because there are tons of stray dogs around. xD I don’t want to end up with rabies. Lol.

I saw someone ask about lipofuze and since I had no idea what it was. So I had to go around the internet and look for lipofuze reviews. I found lots of information about it but none of my friends have tried it.

Weight juggling.

I think I gained more weight during my absence from school. T_T I was losing and gaining weight during the two weeks I wasn’t feeling well and I ended up eating the last few days to get my strength up. I need to plan my meals again so I can make sure I eat healthily when I’m hungry. I’ve been avoiding pork (due to an experiment with my headaches) but for the past week, I’ve been unable to avoid it. Buying food from the carinderia and attending weddings meant more pork availability compared to fish and chicken. Beef is a bit costly these days so bugger. I may have to read some diet pills review blogs again just to check what new products are available and how people have been reacting to it. I tried Xenical before but I’m not doing it again. Its disastrous especially when you go out. xD
