Feng Shui.

Honestly, I’ve always loved Wall Water Fountains. I love seeing them in gardens, in hotels and in spa lobbies. I just get so relaxed when I hear running water and even more when I watch it fall down. According to fengshui books I’ve read, my element is water so that might be the case.

My dream house has a wall fountain in the garden, so I can relax in there whenever I want. I’m also thinking about adding a wall fountain to my dream outdoor bath. It would be so relaxing to lounge in a bath while watching streams of water falling down the stone walls and the birds chirping beautifully.

Online courses and classes.

I found some websites that offer free online courses. Most are computer science and programming courses but some of them offer some health and medicine, art and history as well as business and finance ones. There’s only a handful of humanities courses but it would probably increase in the future. Who knows maybe vocational courses would be offered online in the future too. I’m interested in trying floral arrangements and pottery apart from baking pastries so hopefully I’ll find some free courses for those soon enough.

StarWorld and weightloss.

I’ve been watching a lot of shows from StarWorld the past week. I’m loving Jane by Design since a lot of the pieces she’s been wearing are pieces that I’d definitely wear if I had a body like hers. It doesn’t help that a ton of America’s Next Top Model previous seasons have been playing in StarWorld. >.< I'm trying to lose weight and I'm going to try Jillian Micheal's 30 day Shred as well as Zumba and stop reading reviews of phenterex and other diet pills on my laptop.

I need to get of my butt.

I can’t believe that I’m already 27 years old today. I still don’t feel a year older since nothing much has really happened in my life the past decade or so. I see a lot of my previous classmates all married and either with babies or children already in gradeschool I still remember my own godchildren who used to be so small and bundled in their bumbleride indie strollers and now they’ve graduated kindergarten.

Time flies fast. A lot of things have changed in the world, and although I feel like nothing has really changed for me, I know I’m a different person than I was 10 years ago.

Looking for table plans.

I’ve been looking over Ana White’s site for table plans that would accommodate our whole family. We live in an apartment now so space is quite limited. We need a table that is small in size but can fit 8 people without being too restricted when eating. My mom thinks we can get something that resembles a redwood picnic table but in a different type of wood or stain that would match our small space.

I agree with her idea and since we’ve been having difficulty finding a ready-made table that fits 8 people on the local furniture stores, it would be better to get a custom one from a local woodworker.

Summer cleaning!

I decided that since we don’t have spring here, I’ll opt for a summer cleaning of my blogs instead. I’ve been in a huge blogging funk for more than a year now. I lost my writing mojo so a lot of my previous sites suffered a slow and painful death, however, I’ve decided that I need to push myself and work on getting them active again. It would be such a waste to keep paying for hosting and renewing domains if I don’t use them productively. >.<

I've started the cleanup and maintenance with BloggingPinay. I decided that I'm tired of the plain old white layout I used so I've designed a simple layout that sort of mimics us steel buildings with some bright colors added in to spruce it up. I hope I can really get my mojo back and start writing tons of content for my blogs as soon as possible.

It’s Leap day!

Oh well, I didn’t do much today aside from buying leap day ponies from PonyIsland. I totally forgot to breed my stables for leap day babies.

I read online that it’s lucky for girls to propose to their boyfriends during leap year. Is that even true? If I was in a relationship, I’d rather the guy propose to me than the other way around. Although I try to keep liberal views, I’m still conservative when it comes to these things.

I’m currently in panic mode since I just realized that a ton of my domains are expiring soon and my hosting expires this March too. Ugh. Time to hunt for a new host again. This time I’d have to do a monthly option since I can’t afford to get the annual and bi-annual plans. I hate going host hunting. Good hosts are difficult to find. -sigh-

Entrepreneurial ideas, anyone?

It’s been a few years since I graduated and my brain is running dry. Graduating with a degree in entrepreneurship sort of requires you to have your own business, unfortunately it’s a little difficult to find funding. I really want to start my own business though so I’ve been trying hard identifying possible business ideas that will work in our area. If I don’t find any, I might as well try my luck in applying for jobs in the middle east since my best friend is there and I really miss her.

Searching online, auctioning stuff might be a good one but I really don’t have anything to auction especially for things that fetch a hefty price like a cigar auction, valuable loot card auction and other random niche auctions. >.<

I guess I need to look for other options because I’m running out of time.

I need a massage!

I’ve been experiencing a lot of body pains lately, especially around my shoulders and spinal. I’m going to a spa this week to get a massage and some alone time in the steam room. I’ve always wanted to own my own hot tub or steam room and I am definitely getting one when I get my own house. I could get a hot tub in the back with a spa cover to keep it safe from the elements and a cozy steam room inside the house.

A massage room would also be a plus since it would be really nice to have a room where I can relax and feel like I’m on a spa or vacation.

I remember I used to take piano lessons when I was in kindergarten. I wish I continued it instead of stopping since I really want to play the piano now. I’m thinking of getting myself a portable keyboard that I can practice on. I’m looking for used ones since I’m on a limited budget and the one I was supposed to buy off from a friend didn’t work out. I’m now looking for possible sellers of their old yamaha ypt-300 since it looks like it’ll be able to handle all the features I’m looking for.
