I still need a bit of practice using it since I grew up using PCs. Right now I’m still using the HP laptop for graphics and web work. I’ve been watching old movies that was left on the machine, maybe I should try and win some netflix coupons from giveaways and contests. I got to watch Blindside again (and I really really love Sandra Bullock in that one) as well as Ratatouille and The Guardian. I want to start watching all the old movies I missed before now. xD

I'm thinking of looking at some outdoor thermometers that we can afford so we can check how cold it gets. Our dogs sleep outside so I don’t want them to feel cold, if it gets really chilly, we can bring them inside. It doesn’t get as cold as Baguio here but for us it’s already pretty cold and chilly.

I hope I get enough moolah before Christmas, if not I’ll just try to make it up on their birthdays.

We’re shopping around for speakers that we can use for our movie nights. There are lots of choices online like the Energy speakers which seems like a good one to get since our main purpose for the speakers would be movie screening. I’m just not sure if there’s a local store selling it. I’ve been searching for good brands and products online so I have a good list with me when we go speaker hunting on our local malls.

Since my sister needs her own laptop for schoolwork, we’re trying to find a way to make it work first before taking it apart. I hope we can find one soon.

People these days are still too worried about what other people will say. I guess I really can’t change their perception but it doesn’t mean I have to change mine.

We’re finally on the last stages of preparing the apartment so we’re fairly sure we’ll be settled in nicely by the first week. We still don’t have a refrigerator and we really would like to get an air-conditioner because of the heat so hopefully we can get them on an installment basis. I don’t have a credit card so I’m hoping to get my credit approved on the local appliance store.

We’ll be disposing a lot of stuff, especially our old cookware. The Kitchenaid and Teflon pans we had before are now crooked and bent, so I’m thinking of getting a le creuset piece as a housewarming gift to our family. I’ve always wanted one and now that we are in a smaller place, we can save space by getting multipurpose cookware. We’ll get some custom made kitchen cabinets and get it fitted with sliding panels to use the space efficiently.

I can’t wait until all installations are done so we can move and settle down quietly.

I won’t be pursuing any mba management courses for now because we have to watch our finances for a little while. Once I get a steady income source, I’ll reorganize my priorities again to check if I can study again within the next 2-3 years. I’m not in a hurry right now so my focus is on helping my family and my siblings. I will still pursue a mba management course in the future but for now I am content with working on some business ventures with my family.
