Trying weight loss pills can be tempting, especially since the Christmas season is right around the corner. Food is abundant especially with all the Christmas parties each one attends. Plus there’s the Noche Buena, Town fiestas and the Media Noche. Good thing I don’t have many Christmas parties to attend this year. I wouldn’t be gaining as much weight as I did last season. Lol.

Has anyone seen those Kettlebells? I don’t think I’ve seen them yet locally. I rarely get interested on fitness equipment unless they’re threadmills, but these ones look cute. Maybe I can try them if they get to the local malls, usually near the appliance centers or HandyMan where those “As Seen on TV” stalls are located. I think someone I know would like that as a gift.

I’m starting to fix my papers so that I can visit my aunt in Alaska who helped pay my college tuition fees. I started by doing my passport last month and will be doing the personal appearance for that on the 12th of November. After that I am hoping I can go on a few trips on other Asian countries like Hongkong, Thailand and Singapore. I really want to get the chance to travel a bit before I settle down for work. Maybe once I get to visit my aunt, I can also get to check on some good places for orlando vacations. I wish it all pushes through.

I told Mom I wanted to get some granite tile for the table that I am looking to be made. I read somewhere that it was good for pastries so i want to get some slabs for a small working table for my doughs. The table I have at the moment is made of stainless sheet and is still too small for my space needs when I bake in large dozes (especially now that Christmas is coming).

When I get my own house though, I want my kitchen counters to be made with granite. I love looking at granite counters and I have the perfect color in mind.

One of the supermarkets here needs some new POS systems. I think it will help speed their lines up. All Saint’s (or is it Soul’s) Day is fast approaching so lines on the rgoceries are starting to get longer. Everyone’s trying to stock up for the long weekend. With all these lines, I’m scared to think how much longer the lines would be for Christmas.

It has started to get chilly here in Batangas since the Christmas season is fast approaching. I think we need to get some heated mattress pads because I can’t sleep properly at night because I still feel cold even with lots of blankets covering me. All these typhoons have been bringing strong cold winds and many people in the house are getting sick with coughs and colds. I think we should invest in heated pads. I think it might help Dad even.

Since this past month has been really hectic, I’m missing my friends more. I saw Au, Drew and Ayeen a week ago but I still want to spend more time with them. If I had the money we could go and have some relaxing time by availing some spa services. I need one badly. Lol. Maybe once things start picking up, I can try colon cleanse. I’ve seen some television programs talk about them and I am quite intrigued.

The past month has been filled with so much things that demanded attention. I had no time to check my blogs since I had been quite busy. The typhoons, graduation and now a relative who is not doing well in the hospital. I’ve begun to get dark circles in my eyes because of the onslaught of worries. Hopefully November would be a better month not just for me but for my fellow Filipinos as well. They need lots of help recuperating from the tragedies that has beset them.

My sister’s skin is breaking out again so I’m trying to see if I can find any information on best acne treatments. She’s got really sensitive skin and is the only one who is allergic to everything. She can’t even wear perfumes because it makes her skin swell. She can only use Calgon because it doesn’t make her skin all red and blistered. Maybe its her shampoo or conditioner that’s the culprit. She did change it earlier. Hmmm…
