The new year is finally here. This 2009 signifies a new beginning for me as I leave the bad experiences I’ve had in 2008. The past year was filled with good and bad decisions which have contributed to who I am now. Although I regret the bad decisions I made, I am thankful to God because He never left my side. I learned to trust in Him because everything that happened to me was for a reason. He taught me lessons I would not have learned if everything went perfect in my life.
I’m leaving the bad stuff of the past year behind and bringing with me the good memories and lessons I learned. I know what I want in life now and this year will be the start of my journey. In a few days I will finally be back in school to finish my studies. I have been delayed for more than 3 years now and I am ready to face my fear. I will graduate this year. I know that with His help I will overcome everything.
