Chronicles of Nika

Well based from my contract my first day of work (well training first before the actual production part) in Teletech. I am excited and a bit anxious because this will be my first real full-time work. I’ll be evaluated and trained for around 2 weeks for the first part (ACE -Accent and Comprehension of English?) and then when I pass that I’ll be trained for another 4 weeks which will be focusing on learning more about the product and the processes of the account. I’m being considered for a technical support position so it will be a bit technical. Wish me luck!
